Job summary

The ITD Group, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services across Metro Atlanta via telehealth. You will provide clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans from your home office.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA or related field and active BCBA certification.
Georgia LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain is required.
Proven experience conducting FBAs and developing treatment plans.
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs remotely and document sessions.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and data collection systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive FBAs via telehealth and develop BIPs.
Design skill acquisition programs targeting communication and play.
Provide remote supervision and mentorship to RBTs and staff.
Monitor client progress with data-driven modifications.
Lead virtual parent training and caregiver coaching.
