Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to hybrid with notice as regulations evolve.

You will assess, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with families to achieve meaningful clinical progress. Responsibilities include ongoing progress monitoring, collaboration with caregivers and teams, and strict documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst or willingness to obtain it.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance.
