Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required to lead in-home ABA services.
• Strong clinical oversight and experience in ABA therapy are must-haves.
• Proven ability in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians.
• Lead virtual family training sessions for consistency and strategies.
