Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized ABA programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will work on a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach with trauma-informed care and mentorship opportunities.

We offer realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, a quarterly bonus program, and flexible schedules including work-from-home days. Collaboration with SLP-BCBAs and a strong RBT training program are also available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential
• Eligible to supervise RBTs
• 2–3 years ABA experience with varied ages
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of plans
• Provide support to families to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations
