Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in the United States is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role emphasizes a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach with trauma-informed, ethical care.

We offer mentorship, ongoing training, and covered continuing education expenses, plus flexible schedules and work-from-home days. You will supervise RBTs and collaborate with our team to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
