Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential
• Eligible to provide supervision of RBTs
• 2–3 years of ABA experience across ages
• Able to communicate effectively with families and team

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and functional behavior assessments
• Design and supervise behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Oversee and train ABA technicians; monitor progress
• Discuss assessment results and treatment recommendations with families
