Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming and FBAs in a remote setting. The role involves collaboration with supervisors, families, and staff to implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans across various settings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with developmental disabilities, reliable transportation, and ability to perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA and have experience implementing ABA programming with behavioral intervention.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Must have reliable transportation and physical ability to perform tasks (standing, bending).
• State-specific requirements listed for IL, IN, KY, GA, CA, VA, TX in resume or transcript.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family, guardians, and collateral individuals about progress.
• Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensure proper implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings.
• Complete monthly/quarterly progress notes.
• Train staff to ensure competent BSP documentation and implementation.
• Maintain strong clinical records for accessible information.
• Act as liaison with public and mental health communities to support goals.
• Assist in creating training materials to improve programs.
