Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote role in Virginia. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism and related disorders, with occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites.

The role reports to Regional Clinical Director and requires 2+ years of ABA experience, BCBA certification, and strong data-driven treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy
• Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
• Provide remote supervision and consultation services to clients and their families
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
