Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with travel to client locations 20–30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required
• BCBA certification required
• State licensure as applicable in your state
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience with autism
• Proficiency with assessment tools and ABA methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Travel to client homes, schools, or sites approximately 20-30%
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
