Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote role based in North Carolina. We offer a collaborative culture, professional development, and a commitment to evidence-based practices for kids.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fully licensed in North Carolina.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
