Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans in a flexible, growth-oriented environment. The position supports supervision of RBTs, ongoing training, and collaboration with families to maximize client outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a current BCBA, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and full licensure in North Carolina. Remote and hybrid options available in the Raleigh area, with competitive compensation and growth

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fully licensed in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
