Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role combines in-clinic supervision with remote work, supporting children and families through evidence-based ABA therapy.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and other therapists. The position offers a competitive base salary, relocation help, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
