Job summary
Kinfolk ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We offer a collaborative culture with professional development and opportunities to make a lasting impact in kids’ lives.
The BCBA will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with families and teams to ensure client success. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available, with both remote and hybrid options in the Charlotte area.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
- Fully licensed in North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
