Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with autism, delivering services in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. Remote or in-person supervision of RBTs and parent training are key responsibilities.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence with back-office support, mentorship, CEUs, and growth opportunities while ensuring HIPAA, BACB guidelines,

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual is a plus, though not required.
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Active BCBA Certification from the BACB

North Carolina LBA or in process to obtain North Carolina LBA

Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training
