Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with caregivers to achieve meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes remote work with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete agreements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
