Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and supervise treatment plans, and work with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role involves supervising behavior technicians, coordinating with families and teams, and ensuring ethical, high-quality services with flexible scheduling and no caseload minimums or maximums.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
