Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The position offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload, no non-compete agreements, and access to the LBA Expansion Program with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
