Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments and oversee individualized treatment plans to support meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding ethical and clinical standards. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
