Job summary

Masterit ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs. The role focuses on developing treatment plans, guiding RBTs, and collaborating with families to improve client outcomes.

The BCBA will oversee assessments and ensure ethical standards are met while working in a remote, part-time capacity with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current licensure in Arizona (LBA) or eligible.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
