SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care in California seeks a BCBA-certified professional to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis interventions for children and adults with ASD/IDD. You will assess, plan, and implement behavior-based programs in varied settings, coordinating with families and schools.

Responsibilities include data collection, team meetings, and staff training, with a flexible schedule that includes remote or hybrid work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with behavioral intervention and learning psychology.
• Two+ years working with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks.
• State-specific credential requirements may apply (BCBA/BCaBA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patient needs.
• Coordinate home, school, and community visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensure Behavior Intervention Plan is implemented effectively.
• Document progress notes monthly or quarterly.
• Train staff to implement plans and documentation sheets.
• Maintain clinical records and liaise with families and professionals.
