Neurosprout ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are also licensed LBAs to join our flexible hybrid team. This remote-friendly, part-time role offers 30-40 hours per week with about 75% remote and 25% in-person work, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

The position provides opportunities for clinical growth & leadership, strong administrative support, and a competitive pay rate of $100-$118 per billable hour.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license (both required).
• ABA experience in home-based or hybrid settings preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and time management skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to diverse communities.
• Familiarity with CPT codes relevant to ABA service delivery.
