Neurosprout ABA in Maryland is seeking BCBA professionals who are also licensed in the state to join our Baltimore team. This hybrid, part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and strong back-office support to help you succeed.

The position is 30–40 hours per week with 75% remote/telehealth and a focus on delivering high-quality ABA services in home-based or hybrid settings. We provide clinical leadership, ongoing development, and a collaborative culture to support growth.

Position Overview
