Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) for both full-time and part-time hybrid/remote roles supporting Maryland cases. We prioritize clinician support and work-life balance, offering flexibility and a positive work environment.

The position requires an active BCBA certification and offers a salary of $100,000/year for full-time roles or $110/hour for part-time, along with various benefits such as PTO and health insurance for qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Maryland LBA and be open to working with Maryland-based clients.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Create individualized ABA programs and goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person).
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Complete billing, notes, and reports on time.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership.
