Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Mesa and Chandler seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead 1:1 sessions via telehealth and on-site, delivering compassionate therapy to children with autism.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, adjust treatment plans, and communicate with families; support from Clinical Manager is provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children/adolescents and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
• Receive administrative and scheduling support from Clinical Manager.
