Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Arizona to supervise assistants and oversee treatment plans via telehealth. The role involves direct client supervision, data-driven program modification, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (verified by BACB).
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adults with special needs.
• Proficient with MS Office and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct staff and family supervision meetings; consult with families on treatment concerns.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager for support with caseload and scheduling.

Position Description

• BCBA will deliver direct supervision to their BTs/RBTs as well as manage and supervise a small caseload.
• BCBA will regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret the results, and modify the individualized treatment plan accordingly.
• BCBA will provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with the staff and the families.
• BCBA will consult with the family regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
• BCBAs at Kaleidoscope ABA are provided the support of their Clinical Manager; assistance which includes administrative support, scheduling help and general assistance with the BCBA's caseload.

Required Experience and Education

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
• Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting as well as the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children, to 50 lbs., on occasion. You may spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
