Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in the United States seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programming across settings, including community-based sites and clinical environments. The role focuses on designing and supervising treatment plans for youth and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness, using positive, non-aversive strategies.

You will collaborate with IDTs, oversee assessments, and deliver direct behavioral treatment while promoting family and staff training.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Doctoral or Master's in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• Ability to design and implement behavior plans and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Serve on interdisciplinary teams providing behavior expertise.
• Assess, design, train, monitor, and report on behavior plans.
• Conduct functional analyses and interpret results.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment across settings and populations.
• Monitor restraint use and provide training to reduce it.
• Participate in relevant committees and tailor services per clinic needs.
• Meet requirements of specialty intermediate care clinics as warranted.
