Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. The position offers fully remote work, flexible scheduling, and no minimum caseload requirements, with ongoing professional development and support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• BCBA certification and active credentialing preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical practice.
