Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to support a diverse client population. We offer true flexibility with fully remote scheduling, no minimum caseload, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification preferred and/or required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
