Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

You will work remotely with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and ongoing CEUs plus clinical support to help you succeed in a nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
