Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. The position offers fully remote work, flexible scheduling, and no minimum caseload, with opportunities for professional growth and licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services, preferably with autism or developmental disorders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical standards.
