BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling and no minimum caseload or non-compete.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• BCBA certification preferred or eligible for supervision.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical practice.
