Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. This fully remote position may transition to a hybrid model as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing CEUs, and access to a supportive leadership team, with compensation up to $93/hour

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• GA Behavior Analyst licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
