Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to hybrid later with notice. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Compensation is up to $93 per hour, with negotiable rates based on experience. There is no minimum caseload and comprehensive clinical support and licensure assistance are

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
