BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to support progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible schedules across the USA, with Georgia licensing guidance and no caseload minimum. Compensation up to $93 per hour, with potential future hybrid options as regulations evolve.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
