Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimum, and licensure support via the LBA Expansion Program, plus a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to support clinical growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
