Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role. You will conduct assessments, develop ABA programs, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with other professionals to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA or related field, maintains BCBA certification, and has 1–2 years of BCBA experience. Flexible schedule and supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong ABA knowledge and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized ABA programs and treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with SLP, OT, educators.
• Complete documentation per BACB and Georgia requirements.
