Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. The role includes assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of technicians, and caregiver collaboration.

The successful candidate will hold an active BCBA certification, a relevant master's degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and no caseload caps.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
