Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential future transition to a hybrid model as regulations evolve.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for or hold Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
