Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote role may transition to hybrid in the future with notice.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. The position offers paid training, ongoing CEUs, clinician support, and a flexible schedule that can fit various life demands.

Qualifications

• Requires Georgia licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Master's degree in related field is required or strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
