Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential future hybrid options and advance notice to clinicians.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical standards
