Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential for a hybrid model in the future as regulations evolve, and advance notice will be provided.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure eligibility or current licensure
