Job summary

BK Behavior, a clinician-focused organization, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote role may transition to a hybrid model with evolving state regulations.

You will conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia licensure as a BCBA or eligible to obtain licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
