BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload, and no non-compete. You’ll receive ongoing support through a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and access to the LBA

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with standards.
