Job summary

Pillars Behavioral Health is seeking a Remote BCBA to support learners across Texas, Colorado, Tennessee & North Carolina with reduced administrative stress. You’ll work with a dedicated care team, supervise RBTs, and develop treatment programs from a fully remote setting.

You will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining flexible hours and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure required.
• Ability to supervise learners and supervise RBTs.
• Experience collaborating with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervising learners for about 10% of hours.
• Providing family guidance, ~2 hours per month.
• Conducting RBT evaluations throughout the year.
• Supervising and supporting RBTs.
• Developing and modifying treatment programs.
• Writing initial assessments and progress reports.
• Monitoring learner progress and making recommendations.
• Collaborating with families, RBTs and care team.
• Maintaining ethical and compassionate care standards.
