Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote position may shift to a hybrid model in the future as regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. We offer flexible scheduling, CEUs, and ongoing clinical support, with compensation up to $93/hour and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
