Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential future hybrid work as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Eligible for Georgia licensure or current license is required.

Qualifications

• GA licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
