Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Remote Fieldwork Supervisor (BCBA) to mentor up to 4 Case Supervisors, provide weekly supervision hours, and manage a small caseload while designing naturalistic ABA for children aged 2-6 in a remote role with periodic travel to Arizona.

Ideal candidates hold a master's in ABA or related field, 2+ years as a BCBA, and experience with early intervention; ESDM certification is encouraged with training provided and reimbursement for certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• LBA in Arizona.
• 2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• ABA early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor up to 4 Case Supervisors as they grow their clinical and decisionknmaking skills, with a focus on BCBA exam preparation and role readiness.
• Provide weekly hours of billable supervision focused Case Supervisor coaching and development for the clients on their caseload.
• Hold a small caseload of clients, as needed, depending on the Case Supervisor staffing at the center.
• Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center‑based setting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided).
• Assist the Clinical Trainer in organizing quarterly center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs.
• Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role.
