Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families across Texas with flexible scheduling and a primarily remote practice. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while coaching caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Texas LBA
• Experience with CentralReach preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable providing remote supervision, coaching RBTs, and guiding caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Review client data and maintain clinical documentation.
