Job summary

ABC seeks a BCBA-licensed leader to oversee pediatric ABA programs across our centers in the United States. You will mentor RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to promote measurable progress in children.

The role offers a robust compensation package, performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and a pathway to ownership. Remote work days are available, with a standard Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a focus on manageable caseloads.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and trainees.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
