Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers.

You will supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress, and ensure services meet ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and eligibility to practice across multiple states preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services meet ethical standards.
